What benefit will I get from a Personal Training Program?
Invariably, this is the first question I get asked! The fact that you have come through to this page means you are probably thinking about the benefits of a personal trainer. But, what do you think you need help with? Improving your fitness levels; rehabilitation after an illness or operation; losing a few pounds; improving your general health; or even training for a marathon?
What to expect
Beginning at the initial consulatation, I will discuss your goals and develop them into a personal trainer structure
that takes into account your specific priorities. Throughout your regime, we will regularly re-evaluate your progress because as your health and body changes so do your needs and priorities. This
will give you the opportunity to review your current goals and relay any feedback surrounding your ability to maintain your programme.
When can you train?
As we want to work around what's best for you, I am available from 6am - 10pm, 7 days a week. Want to train on your own? Want to train with a friend or partner? I can accommodate both
and can conduct programmes for you at home, in your garden or outside in local open spaces.
Food Diary - I will ask you to keep a 7 day food diary to help me gain an understanding of your current lifestyle; taking note of the time you eat, your current food and fluid intake and any types of food you are missing from you diet. From here we can assess any changes that need to be made.
